"Vineyard Treasure" was inspired by the gorgeous hilly vineyards of wine country Virginia. Bursting with fruit, this vineyard is a peak freshness and offers you a perfect view of the distant farm and trees on a beautiful sunny day.
I paint with a palette knife using thick heavy body paint and mediums, a technique that ultimately catches light and shadows as well as contributing unusual color elements to the image as the next layer is applied. This technique not only creates a three-dimensional quality to this lovely piece. I hope you love this as much as I do!
