Happy Hearts Bouquet is a vibrant impasto painting that brings thickly textured pink and yellow tulips to life. The flowers are elegantly arranged in a ginger jar vase, which I’ve created by hand-painting and collaging papers onto the canvas, adding layers of texture and depth. The combination of palette knife technique with mixed media collage creates a harmonious balance, with the soft, flowing petals of the tulips contrasting beautifully against the intricate, handcrafted vase. This piece radiates warmth and joy, capturing the essence of love and happiness through its colorful blooms and dynamic texture.
