Return Policy

Because of the custom and handmade nature of my artwork, all sales are final. However, I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are unhappy with a purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of the item. I will work with you to come to a mutually acceptable solution. Any shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Damage
Although we do our utmost to carefully pack and ship the artwork professionally and carefully, we understand that in rare instances damage can happen in transit. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 2 days of receipt) if the item is defective, damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Shipping Policy & Information

I am excited to get your art to you as quickly as possible! Depending on how many pieces I need to ship at any one time, I try to ship art the day after the order is placed, but a maximum of 4 business days of ordering.

Shipping times depend on your location and can take on average 2-10 days. Larger canvases and large quantity orders may take longer to produce. From early November to mid-January the production times may also increase due to the holiday season. If you require express or overnight shipping, please contact me directly by calling or texting 703-282-3228 and I will do my best to accommodate your timeline.

Shipping Methods

We typically ship via UPS Ground or USPS, depending on the size of the canvas.

Please call to discuss if expedited or Canadian shipping is necessary. If you have a PO Box please provide the PO Box number as well as the street address to insure that there will be no issues delivering your package.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the piece. Shipping costs will be clearly stated during the checkout process. I do my best to keep the cost of shipping to a minimum.

Intellectual property

Original art becomes property of buyer, seller retains all reproduction rights unless otherwise agreed upon in writing in advance of purchase.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you; screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.  Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
MINORS
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 5.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
