"Sunflowers for Peace"- Artwork

"Sunflowers for Peace" is my NEWEST sunflower piece inspired by my love of these gorgeous flowers and my view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. I created it on a very cold evening when I needed something to warm my spirits and this piece did the trick!  

However, I recently renamed and rededicated it to the people of Ukraine, along with the promise to donate a portion of my sunflower art sales to go toward Ukrainian relief.

This is an original work created using the finest acrylic paints and mediums, using mostly palette knives, non-traditional implements, and some brush work.  The sides of the thick, 1.5" profile of this gallery wrapped canvas are painted, no frame needed).
