"Humming Along"- Original Artwork

"Humming Along" is my tribute to the tiny and beautiful hummingbird.

I love hummingbirds, don't you? I find hummingbirds fascinating because of their stunning, iridescent feathers and small, delicate bodies. Did you know that hummingbirds are the only birds that can hover in mid-air by flapping their wings rapidly?  I love watching them dart around and hover in place.

I just loved creating this little guy with a unique "bokeh" effect (just coming into-focus) background. It gives the piece such a one-of-a-kind look for this precious little bird. I hope you love it as much as I do!
