"Heaven's Smile" - Original

Heaven’s Smile is a mixed media painting where I layered collage elements, soft washes of color, and my signature palette knife textures to create a sense of depth and mystery. Hidden beneath the surface are fragments of script, patterns, and imagery, like whispers of history and memory woven into the angel’s presence.

The angel herself emerges gently from these layers, her form delicate yet radiant. Her wings, sculpted with thick palette knife strokes, shimmer with iridescent highlights and touches of gold, catching the light in a way that makes them glow almost as if alive. I wanted them to feel both ethereal and powerful — a reminder that grace often reveals itself in strength and tenderness combined.

For me, this painting is about joy and quiet reassurance — that sense of warmth and light you feel when life offers you a smile in the most unexpected moment.
