"Humming Along"- Hand Embellished Canvas Giclee Reproduction

"Humming Along" is my tribute to the tiny but mighty hummingbird. This is a hand-embellished canvas giclee reproduction on a 1.5" thick canvas that I produce by hand.

I love hummingbirds, don't you? I find hummingbirds fascinating because of their stunning, iridescent feathers and small, delicate bodies. Did you know that hummingbirds are the only birds that can hover in mid-air by flapping their wings rapidly? I love watching them dart around and hover in place.

I loved creating this little guy with a unique "bokeh" effect (just-coming-into-focus) background. It gives the piece such a one-of-a-kind look for this precious little bird. I hope you or your loved one loves it as much as I do!
