As the holidays approach, I’m inspired by thoughts of angels. I created "Wings of Comfort" to portray a serene angel with thickly textured wings, offering a sense of protection and peace. Set against a deep blue backdrop, I built the backdrop with gold handwriting and diamond patterns. The angel’s wings, built up with layered impasto strokes, provide both strength and softness.
A shimmering gold halo glows warmly, standing out against the cool background, symbolizing divine light. The painting invites viewers to feel embraced by the angel’s comforting presence. My hope is that it brings serenity to you or someone you cherish.
