"Passion in Bloom" - Original Artwork

I created this 12" x 4" palette knife impasto painting to capture the joy and energy I see in orchids at their peak. I love the way the vivid hot pink petals rise so gracefully, full of life and movement. The classic blue-and-white ginger jar felt like the perfect grounding element—something timeless to balance all that vibrant color.

Even though it’s a smaller piece, the thick texture and bold palette give it such presence. I designed it in this slender format so it can slip into those little spaces that still deserve beauty—a narrow wall, a reading nook, or a cozy corner that just needs a lift. Passion in Bloom is meant to feel like a burst of happiness, whether you keep it for yourself or share it as a gift with someone you love.
