Great time at Lovettesville Oktoberfest!

I had a great time at the Lovettesville Oktoberfest! I was lucky enough to be able to set up a demo right in front of The Painted Pig (which was voted Loudoun County's #1 Gift Store). It was a blast meeting new art enthusiasts and friends to share my art and techniques while I created a painting. I especially enjoyed meeting the dog lovers who stopped by to say hello! My Smiling Pitty pit bull painting was purchased by an amazing lady who rescued one of these sweet pups from a dog fighting ring who was close to being euthanized. She and her parents were delightful to meet and it feels great that my painting will be loved by people who are doing good for homeless animals! 

You may have read on my Giving Back page that a portion of the proceeds of my 4-Legged Collection is happily donated to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary for Homelss Animals (their motto is Save Them All) along a portion of my personal purchase of art supplies and just about anything I purchase via the Amazon Smiles program!
