"Bloom With a View" - Original Artwork

This painting was inspired by a hillside in Carmel-by-the-Sea, where vibrant purple Pride of Madeira flowers caught the light just right. Beyond them, the ocean sparkled in the distance, and a peaceful golf course curved along the edge of the land.

I used bold palette knife strokes to bring out the texture and movement in the flowers and sky, aiming to capture that feeling of standing in the breeze, surrounded by color and calm. “Bloom with a View” is a tribute to those quiet, unexpected moments where nature and beauty meet.
